Important Info

Internet Access Required

  • All clients of ME Psychotherapy must be able to access the internet to set up their Client Portal. Client portal usage is a requirement in order to receive services with our group.

  • If you are participating in Telehealth sessions, you will need access to the internet to attend your virtual appointment.

Minor Clients

  • All minor clients will need a parent/guardian to sign their necessary paperwork and a parent/guardian must attend the first session.

  • For families who have more than one member receiving services from our group - each client must have their own portal with a separate email for accessing the portal. Our system will not allow the same email to be used for multiple clients.

Specific Insurance Details

  • Not all of our providers accept Tricare. If you have Tricare insurance, please review the “Our Team” page to confirm the provider you want to see accepts your insurance. If you have specific questions, please contact our Billing Assistant at billing@mepsychotherapy.com.

  • As of December 2024, we are undergoing the full credentialing process for Medicare plans and expect this to take 3-6 months.

  • We currently accept some, but not all, Medicare plans. If you have a Medicare plan, please send a photo of the front and back of your insurance cards to our Billing Assistant at billing@mepsychotherapy.com to confirm your insurance eligibility prior to scheduling an appointment.
