Click on the orange “Request Appointment” button below to schedule online. After you schedule, you will receive a confirmation email and link to our secure client portal. In the portal, you will find instructions on how to upload your insurance card and complete your intake paperwork electronically.

This must be completed prior to your first appointment. 

Our Telehealth therapists do not work in the office - they offer virtual appointments only. If you would like in-person appointments, please navigate to our “Providence Office” and “Narragansett Offices” tabs to choose a therapist with office availability.

Matthew Bradstock, MS, LMHC-A

Matthew works with children over age 8, adolescents, adults, and couples. He has experience helping clients who are struggling with developing life skills, anger management skills, job adjustment and performance skills, and coping skills to manage stressful life transitions. Matthew is experienced working with clients and ADHD management, mindfulness stress-based reduction techniques for anxiety and depression, and helping parents/families with behavior management strategies.

Magdalena Sabatino, MA, LMHC-A

Magdalena works with college students over age 18, women, new moms, young adults, clients managing diabetes, clients experiencing cultural adjustment, and artists/creatives. Her approach to therapy is holistic in which the integration of body, mind, and spirit is considered an essential expression of personal health. Some of her favorite therapeutic modalities include mindful self-compassion, healing the inner child, expressive arts, yoga for trauma.

Mae Gloman, MA, LMHC-A

Mae works with adolescents over age 18, college students, young adults, and adults. She has experience helping clients who are struggling with PTSD and trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship, and self-esteem issues. Her approach to therapy is integrated with a mix of cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered and solution focused therapy. She is easy going and passionate about creating a warm, nonjudgmental, and safe space for individuals to express themselves.

Nicole Ferreira, MA, LMHC

Nicole works with adults over age 18. She has experience helping clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and anger management. She also provides EMDR therapy, which is an evidence-based treatment for PTSD. She is also experienced and enjoys working with members of the LGBTQ community, adults and couples with relationship issues, self-esteem issues, and stress management.

Sam Brilhante, MA, LMHC

Sam works with college students over age 18 and adults. She primarily utilizes EMDR and parts work in her practice, offering a targeted approach to address trauma and emotional challenges. Additionally, she draws from a variety of talk therapy modalities to tailor her approach to each client's unique needs. Sam has a particular passion for working with creatives, young adults, and adults, and she finds great fulfillment in supporting women through their personal growth and challenges.

Alexandra Cardi, MA, LMHC-A

Alex enjoys working with adolescents over age 17, college students, and adults. She has experience helping clients who are struggling with anxiety, stress, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and work-life balance. She works to utilize holistic, person-centered, mindfulness-based, trauma-informed approaches with clients, while bringing awareness to the body-mind connection, and somatic experiences.
