Outdoor Office

 

Several of our therapists offer walking therapy. In Providence, you will meet to walk at Blackstone Boulevard on the East Side. In South County, we have several walking options to choose from.

Alexandra Cardi, MA, LMHC-A

Alexandra works with adolescents, college students, and adults who are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, navigating through life transitions, meaning-making, self-esteem issues, grief, and work-life balance challenges. She works to utilize holistic, person-centered, mindfulness-based, trauma-informed approaches with clients, while bringing awareness to the body-mind connection, and somatic experiences. 

Alexandra offers walking appointments in Providence and in the Cranston area.

Alexandra accepts Blue Cross, United Healthcare, Harvard Pilgrim, Student Resources, Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island (NHP), Cigna, Aetna, and Tufts insurance plans. She offers a low sliding fee rate of $100 for clients with other insurance plans.

Kimberly Masterson, MA, LMHC

Kimberly works with children, adolescents, college students, and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, behavioral difficulties, self-esteem issues, and work or school difficulties. Kimberly specializes in working with clients with trauma and children and adults who are on the autism spectrum.

Kimberly offers walking appointments in Providence.

Devon Jervis, MA, LMHC-A

(he/him/his)

Devon works with older adolescents, college aged students, and adults. He has experience helping individuals that struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, depression, relationship problems, work or school related stress, and difficulty adjusting to major life transitions. Devon uses a person centered approach, incorporating elements of psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapies to help his clients navigate challenging thoughts, feelings, and life events.

Devon offers walking appointments in South County.

Jason Etting, MA , LMHC-A

Jason works with adolescents, college students, and adults. He enjoys working with clients struggling with addiction, men’s issues, parenting, anxiety, and food/wellness. Jason is trained in the Adlerian method, and works with clients to identify obstacles and create effective strategies for working towards goals. Adlerians believe that by gaining insight into challenges, people can overcome feelings of inferiority.

Jason offers walking appointments in South County.
