Please check the “Our Team” page to confirm that the medication provider you want to work with accepts your insurance plan. As of December 2024, our medication providers are still undergoing credentialing with some insurance companies, so it is important to confirm before scheduling. If you have any questions about insurance coverage for medication management services, please contact our Billing Assistant at billing@mepsychotherapy.com.

To request a medication refill, please reach out to your medication provider by messaging through your Client Portal in SimplePractice or by requesting a refill during their appointment. There is a 24-48 hour refill policy for all medications. If the preferred pharmacy does not have your medication in stock, you should call another pharmacy and request the medication be sent to that location. Once you have confirmed that the new pharmacy has your medication in stock, please reach back out to your medication provider to provide updated pharmacy information (address and zip code).
