Requesting Your First Session

  • Visit the “Our Team” page to see the list of providers. Confirm that the provider you want to see accepts your insurance or that you are willing to pay out of pocket if they do not accept your insurance.

  • Click the orange “Request Appointment button and choose your provider. Then choose the service. Then choose the location (Telehealth, Providence, Narragansett, or Outdoor Office).

  • You will need to choose an appointment date that is 5 days out from the current date, the system will not allow for booking within 5 days.

  • If the provider you want to see is not on the list, this means they do not have any current openings and you can continue to check the website for future availability. If the location you want is not on this list, it means that your provider does not have that location currently available and you can continue to check the website to see if your preferred location becomes available in the future.
