Is Online Therapy Right For Me?

Online Therapy (Telehealth) is a growing area of psychotherapy. Many clients may find this form of video therapy more convenient for a variety of reasons.

  • Online Therapy is useful for clients who find it difficult to leave the house (chronic health issues, rural location, new baby at home, social anxiety, unsafe driving conditions, etc).

  • Online Therapy is useful for clients who may feel more comfortable in their own homes and want to have family members join in sessions.

  • Online Therapy is easy to use and most clients find that it takes very little adjustment to become comfortable with video sessions!
