Is Telehealth Right For me?
Many clients find that online therapy is a preferred method of treatment for their needs. It is an exciting technological era, where therapists are able to offer quality and privacy-secure treatment options in the comfort of the client’s own home!
Telehealth is useful for clients who want to maintain therapy services during “stay at home” orders, such as the COVID 19 public health crisis.
Telehealth is useful for clients who struggle to leave the home (chronic health issues, rural location, new baby at home, social anxiety, unsafe driving conditions, etc).
Telehealth is useful for clients who may want to have family members or partners join sessions in a convenient way.
Telehealth is useful for clients who are in remote locations, such as island communities, or who travel for work.
Telehealth allows clients to experience a level of comfort that they may not be able to find in the traditional office setting.
